From the kitchen garden, we produce an abundance of seasonal fruit and vegetables that we cook and transform into our fabulous products.
At our farmhouse, passion and tradition come together to create a curated selection of authentic Tuscan specialties. We handcraft our exclusive extra-virgin olive oil, O-LEO, from approximately 2,000 olive trees of the Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo varieties; each olive is harvested by hand, giving O-LEO its vibrant character and reflecting the unique terroir of Magliano in Toscana.
We also produce our pure, artisanal honey, API TAKI, and our refined pink pepper, Il Pepe Rosa di Coco, a delicate spice that enhances both fish and meat dishes. From the herbs of our garden we craft the aromatic Tuscan Herbs blend—perfect for salads, fish, and meat—alongside our dried Tuscan chili peppers, ideal for adding a natural touch of heat.
Our selection is completed with seasonal jams, including fig and strawberry tree, prepared with fruit harvested at peak ripeness for an authentic, natural flavor.
