While the privacy of the estate’s unspoiled views extends in all directions, the small medieval village of Magliano in Toscana is a short 3-minute drive, and you'll find the beautiful beaches and clubs of the Maremma 15-30 minutes away. You can charter a boat and head to Giglio Island (a 30-minute voyage) with its turquoise waters and colorful ports. Stop off at the iconic Il Pellicano Hotel in Porto Ercole for a drink or to dine.

This exclusive farmhouse takes its modern accents from the internationally-known architect, Piero Sartogo, whose aim was to create a contemporary structure that integrates with the surrounding nature—and that compliments the vision of the landscape designers, Paolo Pejrone and Umberto Pasti, who carefully selected and planted 3,500 plants to create the marvellous garden. All of the rooms are delicately decorated with an eclectic mix of furnishings—curated for the discerning traveller. The clean, open space of the architecture creates a flow throughout the house—that invites the sublime views and fresh fragrant air into the interior at every turn.

The estate can house up to 16 guests, and offers tennis courts, a soccer field, an infinity pool with pastoral landscape views, and an outdoor lounge—to rest up after hiking and biking the lush terrain (see below for a list of all amenities). The dining program combines the best of Tuscan cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients and fresh vegetables from the kitchen garden.
