Purpose

The navigation data is used only for anonymous statistical analyzes on the correct functioning of the site.

The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the site.

Management

The data collected is processed with IT tools by adopting the correct security measures, thus preventing data loss, unauthorized access and illicit or incorrect use.

For the processing of data connected to the site’s services, the Data Controller uses servers located within European territory and IT systems located at the data controller’s headquarters.

The transfer of data abroad is not foreseen.

The navigation data, except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the judicial authority, are deleted immediately after their processing.

Which ones are they

The personal data provided by the user optionally are used only to follow up on any requests made.  In the sections of the site dedicated to certain services, specific information is reported, which the user must view and accept before providing the data, in which all the information on data processing is indicated in detail.

Excluding navigation data which are necessary for IT and telematic protocols, failure to optionally process the user’s personal data will make it impossible to proceed with any requests forwarded or that the user intends to forward.
